Hello, I've been shopping these for a while, needed a heavy duty one for a medium diesel engine (bus). These are also great for big trucks etc. Seems like a great deal, the older 3000amp is more expensive. I'd imagine if you had any vehicle this would work great, maybe more jumps before needing charging.

I've always been skeptical of ANY portable charge-box that claims to start a Diesel in cold weather after a 20-second glow-plug cycle. Not saying it's impossible but still just seems like too much to expect.

it works i have the older version, and i have a 6.0 powerstoke with crappy glow plugs and this thing has saved me on more than one occasion during the cold season

Keep a Deal Alert up for NOCO. It's commonly on special "sales," but the schedules and discount vary. Like this time, some had a big discount (%-wise) and others just a small discount. Of course BF, Cyber Mon, and "Amazon Day" are famous for these deals but they will probably come back other times as well, maybe just not as good %.
